Sci4Ga in the News!

Science for Georgia was recently in the news as part of a press release from the Atlanta City Council.

On May 6, 2024 the Atlanta City Council unanimously adopted an ordinance authored establishing the Atlanta Community Energy Fund. This fund will support energy efficiency measures for low-income Atlantans.  (24-O-1188).

Those that bear the greatest burden of climate change are also the least culpable and least equipped to bear it. Working to improve energy efficiency for low-income residents is a win for people and the environment.
