Food resiliency means having diverse sources of nutrients so that when one fails, you have options. Mushrooms can be a great source of nutrients and are totally possible to grow at home. From raining and rivers to treatment and taps, we’ll give a high-level overview with interactive mapping and imagery. Hopefully by the end you know a little more about how communities manage water, and how data, science, and city planning come together to build more resilient and reliable systems.
